Refund policy

 Return Policy: 

• A 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in its original packaging. 
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer if the item is not defective and matches the order.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
• We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
• Contact us at your.glow.store.online@gmail.com and provide your order number.
• Pack the item in its original packaging. Ship to the address provided by us.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
